Primary source of personal data is SAP Concur. The service fetches user's user profile during the registration process. User's license related information is stored to be able to manage permissions of solutions.

Personal data is used within the EmailXpenC service and in connection with SAP Concur.
GlobeXpenC does not store any expense related information or emails sent to EmailXpenC solution more than 5 months.
User’s license related information is stored in to system maximum two years after license period is ended.

GlobeXpenC has permission to share information of registered users with SAP Concur, but the company will not share this information with any other company without separate permission by a person.
